FAQ's

Return & Refund Policy

  • Most items may be returned within 30 days after the date of purchase. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. 
  • While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:  Proper Conditions for Return and Credit  Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories fully intact. Please inspect the item(s) carefully PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR IT. If the item is incorrect or damaged, refuse the delivery and you will receive a full refund. Once the item has been accepted it will be deemed to be correct and in good working condition.
  • Damaged Orders   If a signature is required, please inspect your package carefully before signing for it. If after accepting the package you determine that there are damaged or defective parts, please contact customersupport@tgssignaturebbqsauce.com
  • Return Shipping Costs  If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees.  In the event that your returned merchandise was miss-hipped, damaged or defective, TGS Signature BBQ Sauce will be happy to reimburse you for return shipping costs or arrange to have your return picked up. Please contact TGS Signature BBQ Sauce and we will be able to assist you.  We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled orders to help cover our costs for pulling and packing your order.
  • Refund Policy  When your return is received and processed, you will receive an email from a member of our team letting you know the status of your return and when to expect your return credit. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for your credit to be issued once your return is received. Also, please keep in mind that it can take up to 2 billing cycles for a credit to post to your account. If you have still not seen a credit post to your account after 2 billing cycles after your refund notification, please contact your financial institution.   If you have questions or need further assistance with your refund, please contact customersupport@tgssignaturebbqsauce.com

Shipping Policy

Shipping

Our system uses real-time shipping calculation based on the combined weight of the items in your shopping cart. When requesting shipping estimates, our system will request rates from the shipping carriers  utilizing your zip code for the weight of your shipment. On occasion an incorrect shipping rate may be returned, especially when a large number of items are in the shopping cart. If this happens, we will reduce the shipping charge and issue a refund to the original form of payment for the difference. If actual shipping charges are higher than those shown, we will adjust only on wholesale shipments.  Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping charges and delivery dates are based on the availability of your items and the shipping options selected choose. Please note: the shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Order Pick-Up

Local pick-up is currently unavailable at our headquarters in Coral Springs, Florida. 

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
